Winnie The Pooh, a classic childhood animated TV character created by English author A.A. Milne you might remember as a cuddly teddy bear who wears a red sweater, loves his jars of honey and who lives in 100 Acre Wood with his friends Piglet, Eeyore and Tigger. Well, if you’d like to remember him as a cute, loveable bear we’d suggest you stop reading here as we may be about to ruin your childhood memories of him forever.

‘Winnie The Pooh’ is back, and he’s back with vengence in an upcoming horror film Winnie The Pooh: Blood and Honey. And yes, you read that correctly.

The film is believed to be in post-production from writer/director Rhys Frake-Waterfield and stars Amber Doig-Thorne, Maria Taylor and Danielle Scott.
While nothing much is known yet about the film, we can suspect from newly released film-stills that Pooh isn’t a bear, but two men wearing a mask, one mask appears to be a bear (Winnie) and the other looks to be wearing one of a pig. The two men look to be going on what appears to be a killing spree as you can see below in one of the images, as one of the men is sat in a vehicle in the background whilst the other walks over to a woman who is laying on ground, tied up and bound by her hands and feet. The man walks over to her carrying a sledgehammer. Your guess is as good as mine as to what happens next…

We’re getting definite ‘Scream’ vibes for this film. As soon as we know a release date for Winnie The Pooh: Blood and Honey we’ll let you know.
